Young Adult
program at the National Convention
Each year at the National Holstein
Convention there is a Young adult Program, which brings young Holstein
enthusiasts from across Canada
together to discuss topics of interest for the Holstein Breed. It is also
a great opportunity to meet and socialize with young breeders from across Canada.
The
cost is $500 per participant the Branch and National organizations offset
other costs.

Atlantic Young Breeders School
March

The Atlantic Young Breeders School is a hands on
opportunity to improve your knowledge of Dairying
and Breed Improvement tools. The
school uses on farm and classroom sessions to provide the information
Participants work as part of a team, to develop marketing plans and to
complete practical exercises of
on farm situations. Last years winning
team received a trip to the Royal Winter Fair.
